  7. We are not responsible about the directories included in the software nor about the content they provide and we can not be held responsible for the quality of any directory or the information it presents under any circumstances.
  8. You should test the software before you purchase to ensure that it works on your system without any problems

Submitting Monster - Upgrade, License and Refund Policy

Web directories database and variables database are released on average every 3 months. These updates are provided FREE of charge for 12 months to all registered clients. All minor software updates and maintenance releases, within the same major version, are also free of charge. The license of the software is valid for one year, and you have to renew your license for a small fee if you would like to use the software for another year. Your license is validated online each time you start the software in order to prevent any illegal usage of the software, and we can't be held responsible for any delay or outages in the validation server if it happens. You should agree that the software can't be used on more than one computer, and if you would like to transfer the license from one computer to another you have to contact the support department. If you are not satisfied with Submitting Monster software purchased directly from (SubmittingMonster.com), contact us within 3 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 3 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.

Submitting Monster at its sole discretion can stop or change the current support of a product at anytime without notice.
